Yes, if you notify Ebay, the seller HAS to take your picture off.

ok a little update i guess! i emailed the seller asking whos car that was cuz it was sweet, then i went on to tell him that its my car. i told him to remove the picture and everything, well he never emailed me back. so i emailed ebay telling them the story, so im waiting to see what they are gonna do. the funny thing about it is hes also selling a vortech supercharger, but for an LS1? go figure, he drives an lt1 but has an ls1 charger for sale! yeah that info is really beliveable! jerky. oh chucky, $3000 for the rims and tires! haha pick them up man, that is a phat deal dude! haha true, ill post again when i hear something soon! lata everyone
