Hey iamsparc...
Can you either direct me to a good source for info or tell me in your own words what all was involved in putting the new front end on your camaro. That is something I may very well do in the not to distant future.
Also, can you elaborate on the process of how you made the "gills" in your fenders? You did one fine job!!!!

Thanks for the props on my gills.
That took A LOT of planning and a steady hand. I actually cut those freehand with a dremel using a router attachment with NO template. Since I was doing the front end swap, I practiced on the old fenders before actually cutting into the new LS1 style fenders. It was quite the challenge figuring out how to cut everything...evenly spaced...with each opening being the same size, with the same size between each opening...and compensating for the natural curvature in the panel itself. Not to mention keeping everything straight and level, and figuring out how to get each opening on a steady slope from the top down.
Did any of that make sense?!
I HAD a thread about cuttin some gills, but it looks like it doesn't exist anymore...hmm...wonder why that is. Could it be a Callaway conspiracy?!?!?!?!
