help about removing plastic grill 94

does anyone know how to remove the black part? would i have to dremel it off or does it seperate from the bumper thanks guys

Doesn't come off. It's paint, the 98-02 camaros have the grill that comes off...you are gonna have to get that re-painted for it to be body color
