The 02 Z28's headlights don't really light up the road well for me, what do you guys recommend as a good replacement, that's not too expensive, and thats street legal. Thanks for the feedback

 

You are lucky, because you can just swap out bulbs ! ! If your headlight housings are glass, I would go with some Xenon true 100w bulbs, and a upgraded harness. If you do some reading, you will find alot of good reviews of these upgraded harness kits.
