has anyone purchased ebay LS1 headlights?

the headlights on my 99 camaro are fogging over once again. the first time i took them off and polished them up which helped for about a year, but now they're starting to fog over and look generally like crap once again.

do the "new" ebay LS1 headlights work well? has anyone tried them?

I have aftermarket headlights right now. The assebly is fine but their brackets set the assembly back too far so you'll have a gap between your bumper cover and headlights. From what I've read GM brackets will fix this.

There are guys on tech that have gotten the projector headlights and used the stock brackets so I would think so.

Bought a pair over a year ago never fogged on me, a small gap does exist though, haven't bothered to fix.

yeah i have the aftermarket angel eye headlights and there is a huge gap between the housing and the bumper. havent tried to fix it. they look good just theres a big gap that exposes the wires for the running/blinker lights to the rain.

I also have the projector lights. I also had a gap between the bumper and the lights. I had it with the stock lights as well. What I did was use some waher to push out the light to fill the gap. It worked as I have no gap anymore. Just an idea for you.
