they are an extra round ring that goes around one of your lights. you have to splice some wires to either your parking lights or your fog lights. then when those lights come on your halo comes on

 

You would think they would put the ring around the stock lowbeam... so that it doesn't disrupt the lines of the front. It looks kinda weird that the halo is in between the two ripples that are SUPPOSED to flow with the headlights.

Yeah, I mean I love the look of halos, but the entire hood is made specifically for the two "circles" from the headlights (the ripples)... they should've just put the halo around the lowbeam.

 

I have the Black Halos and I see your point about the ripples. I hadn't really noticed it before. But, like you said... they still look great.

The Halo part is a little gimmicky anyway... I really wanted the "Black" more than the Halo.

Interesting point about the Halos burning out. I heard they were lit by a couple LEDs (which generally last a while). I wonder how many people had them burn-out and if anyone figured out how to repair 'em.
