Just purchased halo's for my 99 camaro and swapped the bracket to the stock. Once installed i noticed a gap between the bumper and the seal of the lamp. Is this normal? after numerous attempts, the light wont seat properly, and yes the are specified for my year car. Anythoughts would be GREATLY appreciated.

Mine are the same way. I can make them flush with the bumper and the fender, but then they are way out of aim. If they are aimed properly, then there is a gap between the bumper. Im very dissatisfied.

 

This is how even my stock headlights were, guys. (Yes, I've switched to halos.)

As a matter of fact...

I got in an accident a few months back, after installing my halos. Well, the headlight was ruined, but luckily I kept my stock headlights. I took apart the halo headlight and took out the black plastic piece and the halo ring. I fixed it (it was cracked and chipped), painted it, and re-installed it into the STOCK headlight. AND IT LOOKS THE EXACT SAME AS THE OTHER HALO!
