Lightbulb Had this custom grille idea the other day...

I was in pep boys wanderin around, and I came to the ricer section. I saw this wire mesh screen stuff made by apc that ricers use for grilles and stuff, and I got this idea. I was thinking it can be cut to the exact same size as a billet grille, and mounted the same way (BTW, if anyone can enlighten me on how a billet grille is mounted on a lt1, it would be appreciated) then I could use whats left over a put the remaining mesh behind the air dams on my body kit. This was just an idea, but what do you guys think??

I actually thought the exact same thing Saturday evening when I saw it...I know that they sell it at Lowe's, and Home Depot though, that would be cheaper...I don't think it would look too bad, but I don't like grilles that much either...
- unless someone were to take out the whole center section there and put a grill in there

MY RKsport billet grill is attached by four screws next to where the lic. plate was. It has two bars coming down across the six grills going left to right. Let us know how it goes, i'd like to see some pics of it when your done. Its always neat to do something new.
