Grille Question

I purchased an SLP SS grille for my 01 SS. It arrived yesterday and today I went out and removed the old one which was held in place by two Phillips head screws (yes you read that correctly). Underneath I found THIS:

I think it looks pretty cool and thinking about keeping it like this--just wish I knew how to fill in all the holes. Anyone have any idea if anyone makes any push in pieces to cover up them up?

The SLP grill looks 10 times better than the missing grill.

I agree. I think the Bowtie grill looks even better, especially when the Bowtie is a contrasting color or body color.

Does the car come stock with the bowtie behind the front license plate mount?

Yeah, I had mine like the OP for a while, then went to billet, now I have SLP bowtie. I like it ALOT more and get a TON more compliments on it now. Can't leave the house without people talking about how much they like the car, and make a remark about the blue bowtie.

No. Behind the license plate mount on LS1 cars it says CAMARO. On the LT1 cars, there's a bowtie though.

I should have read your sig before responding. There will be a bowtie there. Careful removing the bracket though, seeing 15 years worth of slight paint damage from the bracket rubbing on the nose of the car might depress ya!
