I have the rk sports big block hood that looks like an ss hood. The only problem is it doesn't have the hole cut in the hood and i want to cut the hole in the but i need grill peice to put there after i drill. Does anyone know what i'm talking about and how to get one cheap or rig one up that looks good. Thanks

Well, You can get one at your local chevy dealer in the parts department for 40 and some change. Thats not too expensive.

I miss mine , I was going to have one custom made and (hopefully) chrome plated. Good luck with the cutting.

 

I have the Suncoast creations ram air hood on my TA. I want to do a heat extractor when I first got it. I had the body shop cut a rectangle whole from the back and the I went to home depot and bought one of these multi purpose grill and they put it on for me before they painted the hood, the grill looks like the one shown in this picture but from the back of the hood.

does any one have the part # for the grill at th edealer? because I went yesterday to buy it and the parts guy told me that I had to go through SLP.
