How does it look? I have 2 of these. One for my car, and one extra that has never been used. It fits nice and it's much cheaper than anything else out there. It is fiberglass and black gel coat.

I like the way it looks. I would vote for keeping it black like that. Then again I like the stock one too and and I think the contrast of black to whtever color your car is looks good.

 

It looks great. I think in your case your should leave it black. It'll compliment the hood decal really nice. I left mine in my car black too, cuz I think it went well with my hood scoop decal.
