Grand Prix decals on a camaro

Yeah so I finally got ahold of some of those 3800V6 Grand Prix decals. Gotta love junkyards I have 3 different colors of 3 each. Red, White, and Silver. (Copy and paste link)

Which color do yall think would look best on my black camaro? Also, where should I put them at? I was thinking on the rear, where the Z28 decal usually goes, and on the front sides where it says "camaro" on the first 4th gens. Thanks for the input.

I personally wouldn't show off the fact that it's got a v6. I'd leave them off.

I'd say unless you have some mods that make it exceptionally powerful I wouldn't draw attention to it. But hey, whatever floats your boat.

you could go with either one, it just depends on what kind of color combo your are looking for in your car. But with a black car, you can't go wrong with either choice.

I am going to use the red ones, because it will match the "camaro" emblem on the dash above the CD player. Yeah it is kinda cheesey to show off a V6, but I want something to make mine different from all the other camaros around here. I live in Prince Edward County, that is between Richmond and Lynchburg. There are a good handfull of V6 camaros around here, and I just want mine to be different. There arent too many Z28s or SSs either. I know of 2 SS Camaros and 4 Z28s. Not too many, or either no one drives them. Thanks for the input!

Thumbs up

Don't let those those negative comments stop you from your project. I think it's a pretty cool idea! I used the "GT" emblems from the Grand Ams on my Mustang GT. Also, There are people who put V8 emblems and other stuff on their stock Camaros Z28's. What's the difference?

My thoughts are:
Black and Red = Racey (not ricey).
Black and White = Clean.
Black and Silver = Stylish/Elegant.

It is your car...I think if everyone were as creative as you then there would be a lot more ideas circulating for F-Bodies and we would see more nice production pieces.

:cough: Z06 style Z28 Emblems :cough:

do what YOU want to do man.....i say it is better to put a V6 badge on a V6....that to add a SS hood/spoiler and ZR-1s to your V6 killa!!!!

those badges would look very unique if you ask me...one of a kind ya know, GO FOR IT!
