GM ram air hood and side skirts

GM ram air hood and side skirts
My dad has a 94 TA and wants to put a ram air hood on it. He wants to go with GM so there is not fitment issues, so where is the best place to get one or order one from. Also he needs both side ground effects, how much and where can we find these parts?
