Getting Pink and Yellow Flames put on!!!

Well, I have always liked flames on vehicles, and I always liked the drastic ones best, so my Black Camaro goes in the shop today to get Bright Pink and Millenium Yellow flames put on...I am only paying $3000 for them, which is pretty cheap I think for a good flame job.

I say some pink flames on a black truck one time, and it looked awesome, so I wanted to really stand out so I thought I'd throw some yellow in the mix.

Should look good, what do you guys think?
Also, should I get yellow or pink neons and accent lighting? Want it to match you know.

For some reason, maybe because of this thread:
http://web.camaross.com/forums/showt...threadid=58978

where you said you were going to get wheels the glow in the dark, get some altezza lights and paint your car bright green, and then this thread where you said it was a joke and you weren't really serious I have a feeling that you are joking again.

http://web.camaross.com/forums/showt...threadid=63293

*I know, I have too much time on my hands to actually do a search for that.

Yes, you are correct (kind of), I was joking on the other one, but this one isn't a ricey setup. This is serious. I want to add some flash to my car now, and in a big way, so this is what I am having done. A body guy I know put me in contact with a guy who could paint flames, so I figured what the heck.

I just want the opinions of my fellow F-Bodiers. That's all. I think it will look dang good myself, but I have the vision of what the tribal flames will look like on it better since I laid it out from pics of other vehicles.

Oh, for real? I thought you were joking around again . Well, I'm not sure how it would look-I don't think I've ever seen anything like that before. Get some pics up when it's all done, I would like to see them.

DANG YA'LL! I just wanted a good Friday laugh...
First Erik comes right in first reply and busts me, then I recover, but wait, Paul comes in and just flat obliterates any chance I have...

Someone else is gonna have to take responsiblity and start a good flaming thread! I can't do it all on my own!

Since there aren't any "highly interesting" topics going on in here right now, I figured this one get folks attention, but no, we just got to stick to the basics of makeing suggestions and answering real questions! What's the world coming to?

Oh well, maybe in a year or so I will launch a new thread on some noobs or something, but you guys are gonna have to back me up!

This one isn't as funny as the other thread.
I agree Paul, I agree. it didn't have much potential either, but I knew that I had to make it half believable or everyone would be posting a link to the other thread.

OK, Brent, you can lock it if you want, she's closed...

But for real, you should get some purple ghost flames. I saw them on a white car and they looked sweet. I have the pic at my house- I can email it to someone and they can put it on a page and post a link to it. They painted the headlight and foglight "wells" purple, then had flames coming out. It looked pretty nice, but it'd look even better on a black car. Then you can go to StreetGlow and get a purple underbody kit w/ purple or blacklight neons on the inside. I think it'd be phat yo. Definitely don't go with the pink and yellow tho- i know you were just kidding, but that would be hideous. Purple on black would look pretty sleek though imo. and maybe brent could make you some purple CAMARO inserts for the back or something. I just bought some reflective silver inserts from him- they should be here any day now.
Anyhoo, give some serious thought to the flames- just don't pick pink or we'll fight. But check out the purple, or maybe even a deep blue (like flames that would match pu12en12g's brake calipers)- that'd look sweet as well coupled w/ and interior/exterior neon kit. Lata,
J
