gauge overlays

im trying to make some overlays for my headlight controls and HVAC area. I want some white ones that I can put an emblem on. I looked at the templates on Bfrankers page but when I click print preview after I copy them to paint, they are wayy too big. Any one have any templates that are the right size?

I dont have any templates the right size but I do have a question for you. What type of material are you going to print your gauges on? I also want to make some for my car but I don't know what I can use that will allow light to shine through it and still be able to be printed on.

i got some tmplates if you want them. not sure if they'll work or not but they did fine for me. i ended up having to use microsoft vizio to make sure they stayedthe right size though.

i printed mine on regular photo paper and light still shines through a little bit...but not a lot.

94maro, I'll try out the template you have if you could please email it to me.

rexcellent, I haven't decided what to print them on yet. I think I might print on those clear sheets made for overhead projectors and then maybe put some wax paper behind so it will sort of lightly shine through in the lighted areas. I am going to experiment some to see what works best but I have to get a good sized template first because I dont want to waste a lot of time trying to get the right size.

Just buy the templates from Brent. I bought some in brushed aluminum for BOTH my HVAC & headlight controls for only $14, FREE SHIPPING. Just some food for thought...
