What would you guys suggest doing with the damage to this front end and this fender? Should I even bother taking it to a body shop, or would you reccomend just pulling a new front end and fender and having a shop repaint it for me?

You need a new fender, nose, and front spoiler. Oh, and paint of course. That amount of damage is nothing compared to what I'm fixing.

 

You need a new front end.

The fender can and should be fixed.

 

don't just take it off and have it painted. You will need a new front and the fender can be fixed. The paint needs to blend into the hood, door, and other fender and it will be re clear coated.
