Front bumper question.

My 1997 Camaro Z28 has an aftermarket front bumper on it.
I'm trying to find out if the side marker lens fit flush with the bumper?
On mine the bottom of the lens are flush with the bumper and the top of the bumper sticks out about an inch away from the lens.
Do I just have a crappy bumper or does the stock GM one fit the same?
Here is a picture of the pasanger side.

Thanks,

I have a 96 and the lens aren't flush with the bumper. The are recessed a little bit but evenly on top and bottom. Hope that helps.

Not flush. I've got a GM OEM front bumper if you need a new one, has flexed a little bit and would need paint. I'll give you a good price too!

I'm good thanks.
I just needed to know about if the turn singles lens are flush or not.
Yaw know it's funny I see Camaro's all over the place and I never think to look at any body else's car.
Thanks,
