Is the freedom design spoiler the same as LG's ZR28 spoiler? Does one weigh more than the other?

i was wondering the samwe thing before i just found a hell of a deal on a zr28 spoiler I want to say that theyre exactly the same.

 

Other than brand they are pretty much the same and if you want one that is 3 pieces insted of one piece it's at rksport

 

the rksport 3 piece is closer to $300 though. that and it has a more radical inclined slope so it gives a different look than the G2 spoiler.

 

Yeah, the reason I ask is in some pics it looks taller or the rake looks different. I was thinking of an SS spoiler, but I want to stick out from the crowd.

yeah i love the way the zr28 spoiler looks. I have a polo green car but I picked up the ZR28 spoiler already mounted on another spoiler, both are black. It looks great!

 

It looks like the lg spoiler is more square at the corners from the two pictures.

 

Looks identical to me. I picked up the ZR28 spoiler.

75 lbs?!!? What does the freedom design actually weigh? I hope it's not 75 lbs.

 

i know the LG is light as a feather.

 

They're urethane....I emailed Freedom Designs and that's what they told me.

 

I don't know, I thought that mine was fiberglass. It weights roughly around 15-20 lbs???

LG claims there's is urethane. I just wanted to see if one was more heavier than the other. It may just be like other LG items that are relabeled-however the ZR28 spoiler was used by him when he raced WC. I think at one point he claimed the design was stolen-not sure.

 

Probably is urethane, would be lighter than the knockoffs. If they were the same, I can't see why someone would want to have a spoiler which adds 20 lbs to the car for racing application.

In other words, the LG was urethane and all the knockoffs, fibreglass.
