I don't know who makes this hood or what it's called, and never will, but this is the first time I've actually seen it on a car.

It wouldn't be so awful without the wrinkles...

Wouldn't look bad at all without the extra waves.

i actually have that hood. what a piece of crap. i like the looks but the fiberglass is so thin that my body guy said he wouldn't be able to straighten out the waves because it was just flexing when he tried. so when i cut out the scoop i cut the underneath of the hood apart, reinforced it with more glass, and then fiberglassed it all back together. it came out really well but i haven't been able to get pics because i busted my neck back in august and am now paralyzed. it's a little hard to get out to the shop but when i do i'll get some pics. i'll most likely be selling my car anyway.

yeah, i'm pretty f'ed up. i broke c6 and c7 and am basically paralyzed from my nipples down. my hands were affected as well. i can move them fairly well but they are extremely weak and i basically have little to no grip. my abs and lower back have started to work but are still very weak and i can also contract my quads, hamstrings and glutes a bit, but not really enough to move. this would be the reason i haven't posted any progress pics of my car. the front bumper and hood are finished for the most part, however, the lt1, trans, all the parts for the swap are right where i left them the day i got hurt. it sucks.

i was also three classes away from finishing my criminal justuce degree and was supposed to start the police academy back in january. i busted my *** to accomplish this while working 48-50 hrs a week and still maintained a 4.0 gpa. needless to say, i've got to rethink what i want to do with my life.

sorry for the novel. how did the voting for that show turn out?

Good lord... that's awful! I can't believe that! I hope you get better!

The voting is going good; round 1 is in 1 or 2 days and the entire voting thing is over in about 23 days I think.

That's almost exactly, if not exactly, the same hood from my thread about the car in my apartment lot.
