Fixing front bumper

How much do you think it would cost to have the front bumper repainted? My roommate backed into me and left some scratches and paint so that's gonna have to be fixed one way or another. Also it seems like there is a bigger gap between hood and the bumper. How would that be fixed? Here's a picture of the scratches. Not too bad at all, but I'm pretty pissed that he hit it and didn't leave a note or anything for me or say anything to the other roommates when he saw them.

THe gap could be a bent clip, not sure on the price of straightening this. THat is a question for the body shop. As far as the cost of painting the bumper, that all depends on how good of a job you want and who does it. you should be able to get a decent repaint on just the bumper for 250-300. If you wanted it done to immaculate perfection, more perfect than factory it could cost you over 800 dollars. Go to a few body and paint shops they usually will give you estimates for free.

The cheapest way to do it would be to remove the bumper-cover yourself and take it in to the shop. They should charge about 200-350 for the average job.. If you want an immaculate job, you'd probably be looking at 400-750 range. Remember to remove the camaro emblem so they don't lose it.
