Well it looks like it didnt come with fog lights from factory, so are the wires there?

do i need a lense?

anyone got a lightbulb they wanna suggest?

 

I have heard you can get fog lights from a Blazer to work in them without too much work, or something like that. Or, for $20, I will make you a set of aluminum plates that bolt to the fog light holes, and you can cut out a hole for the lights, or leave it like that.
