Hey guys,
I was able to get the Dash installed, the 200MPH cluster installed, all new Rockford Fosgate Riot Wire Speaker wire routed throughout the chassis, all electricall harness's installed, all new Rockford Fosgate Fanatic Q Components (6.5" in doors, and 4" in rear panels) as well as RF Titanium HPC 6.5"'s by the rear side wall. The TV installed, and the reverse camera installed...Here are some pics, I'll get more better ones, when I am able to roll the car outside @ Thanksgiving, damn halogen lights, and digi camera flashes suck lol....Just a lil sneak peak, I know you all wanted....

Now taking orders.....lol

Ps. NO the steering wheel is not stayin in the car, a billet one will be going in...

Re: Fiberglassed Dash Installed!

Well I showed my local stereo shop, and they were impressed, their labor rate is $60/hr on glass work. They said prob 60-70 hrs of time, and I have 64.5 hours, so I thought that was cool that I got it done in the same time, maybe a lil quicker than guys that do it for a job. So their $$ equates to $3600-$4200, rip in my eyes....

Me myself prob around $700 plus you supply dash and shipping....

if i shipped in mine the 93-96 camaro style( since its my favorite) would you be bale to make that one, but would it be possible to make the gauge/cluster part big enough to fit the ls1 style so i can get a 200mph cluster

Re: Fiberglassed Dash Installed!

I could do the dash, but I doubt I could fit a cluster in. I could get it to fit, but as far as function that I would have no control over...If you want the 200 cluster I would get an LS1 Dash, but also do the research, I know as my car was a 93, the 97 cluster worked fine cuz it was still an LT1 motor...Where as the LS1 pin style is more than likely different

would it be any cheaper if i painted it myself and primed it? and do you use the old dash and put a layer of fiberglass over it or what? do you know any links that teaches you how to do fiberglass molds?
thanks

p.s. how do u make the 93 work with the 97+ cluster? do you need any wiring or something? or like change around the computer?
