factory fog light install on my bird?????

Ok i was changing my gauges out to the reverse glow white faces and noticed i have wires running and a plug for factory fog lights??? all cars come equipped this way? I don't know how else to tell, but im buying the factory switch and bezel, what else do i need to install the factory looking foglights??? What lights do i need to buy? Any other info or help on this would be nice, since i have the plug for the factory switch does it mean i don't have to run wires into my fuse, does it already have them how can i tell??

I found out (shortly after i bought it) that it smoked a deer pretty well and the front nose was replaced, so it could have had them i think but is there any RPO code to tell???

Look in the fuse/relay box underneath the hood. One connector wll say "fog lights". If you have contacts there for a relay then your car orignally had fog lights. If there is no relay and no contacts for a relay in that spot, like my car, then your car didn't come with that option.
Also, check under the hood and look for the extra wiring harness that plugs into the OEM fog lights. Mine didn't have that either.
Mine had the plug for the switch to the fog lights just like yours. It doesn't mean aything if you have no relay and no wiring harness.

I have installed OEM fog lights on my 98 Camaro but I have yet to wire them. I'll have to run my own wiring.

thanks just checked it out didn't have the black relay/fuse for it but i had the open spot for one, so i guess to put this together i need the relay/fuse to go in there, then what else to make it like a factory set-up?

Are you SURE it has the contacts for a relay? Mine didn't even have the contacts, so there was no way to add a relay. Also, if your wring harness doesn't have the extra plugs to go into the fog lights then even a relay wouldn't help.

Basically:
1. Fog light switch.
2. Relay/fuse in box under hood.
3. Wiring harness that has the extra plugs to plug into fog lights (Built-in. You can't add this later!)

Otherwise, you will have to wire it yourself like I'm having to do.

P.S. One advantage of running your own wires is that you can turn the fog lights on at any tme. The original factory fog lights would not work with high-beams turned on.
Also, yours is a little different then mine. My fog lights are round and fit in holes at the corner of the front bumper. Yours look more square and are centered more on te bumper. I'll try to post a picture to show it (I got the whole parts catalog on dvd).

OK, here is the front bumper assembly for your 95.

Front Bumper Assembly 93-97 F-body

Around numbers 11,12 is the fog light assembly. Not sure this will help much but its the only pic I could pull off.
