Recently, I installed a pair of Eurolights Sealed Beam Conversion kits for my 98 Trans Am. I bought the bulb housings and two new hyperwhite bulbs from them for $74 shipped and am pretty happy with the results. Check out this page I made with pictures and instructions on how to install them on your car. I have an LS1 car, so the instructions will be a little different for the LT1 cars, but basically the same.

I'm pretty sure Eurolights has a kit for the 93-97 style Trans Ams and Camaros.
