Question Engine dress up on Ebay? What cha' think?

I found this aluminum Radiator Fan Shroud.

Also found this throttle cable box.

Fuse box cover

So, think these might be a good buy for the price? How hard would it be to keep the aluminum shinny?

Although I don't have any experience with those as far as pricing goes, I don't think it would be at all difficult to keep them looking good.

I've never been a big fan of having some bling bling shininess under the hood - but if you're looking into it, I'm sure you like it.

Go for it.

I'm looking for nice battery and fuse box covers, I would also like steel-braided hose covers, where should I look?

I really like the fan shroud. my buddy has one on his Z and it looks great. the fuse box kinda looks out of place for some reason. i guess somethings are better kept on the downlow

It can be polished well with Eagle One's Never Dull.

Its a good wadding polish...

I have a radiator shroud and fuse box cover off eBay. The fuse box cover is nice, but the radiator shroud sucks. I will be buying a MBA one sometime. It looks ok, but it doesnt look chrome. Looks like just metal. I guess it's not too bad, but the MBA piece is so much more nicer.

I also have one of those aluminum covers. Quality is good but the polish could be a bit better IMHO.

You can polish to your liking with "Eagle One - Never Dull "

Its a wadding polish made with cotton and something else embedded in with the cotton, Very soft and will not scratch the alum.. This is what I was told to use from the person who made them.... These can be made to look like mirrors if thats what u desire...

Well if ya dont want to pay MBA prices, you can always pay www.RKSport.com prices of course for some things its cheaper to go with MBA then RKSPORT lol.

As for the Steel braided hose stuff most of your local auto parts stores car those or you can get them specially made by a some of the big boys shops.

Ya know I actually was going to bid on it, but the bidding went a lil crazy. For what they are bidding you might as well go to MBA!!!! But I'm waiting for his next auction, when the vultures leave lol!!!!

He should be making alot of money with that mod

Yeah, which is why I said it didn't look chrome...cause chrome actually looks good.
