This seller seems to have good prices on some nice looking hoods--just curious if anyone PERSONALLY has bought this hood and could lmk how fitment was---i know "you get what you pay for" so not looking for peoples opinions here sorry. Just want to know from PERSONAL exp. how much work was needed to make hood work---Thanks guys

Mine is a Hoods4sale,the fitment was not to bad at all. A little work to get it on and then a little more to make it look good. I haven't gotten to the 2nd part of that yet.

 

Cool...did you have to build out the sides at all? Or you mean just getting body lines lined up?... The prep work and paint work i can do just not very comfortable yet with fiberglass.. Thanks alot for your input

 

We just had to sand the around the sides to get the body lines right. It needs some build up in a few spots,but a good fit right out of the box.

I was looking at getting one of these hoods from them and just picking it up. Every negative feedback I read was almost all on the hoods though. What gets me is he ALWAYS replies to his negatives with saying the buyer never paid and that they are liars. The thing is, if you don't pay, you can't leave feedback and if you do, it will be removed. Seems like a real jerk according to how he handles complaints.

 

im actually considering getting one of these due to the fact that i cant afford one of the others + all the freight involved. after reading this im not so sure. i did call and talk to him once and he seemed real short on his answers i asked....im not sure if i want to or not....:?
