Does anyone know how to wire a switch to halo headlights?

Does anyone know how to wire a switch to halo headlights?
I orginally spliced into the parking lights so the halos come on with the parking lights. But, how would I wire them separately?

From: Ft. Worth,TX (NRH)
1) ground wire directly to body
2) hot(the one you wired to the + side on your p. lamps) wire to switch
3) wire other side of switch to a 12v source (ie: cig lighter)

and that's it

OK,
I guess my main question is, kinda dumb probably: What is the best location to get the wires from the engine bay into the interior?

the PCM (computer) side has a little rubber grommet just poke a whole in it and run a bent hanger through attach the wire and pull that's the easiest way
