Question DIY Paint Job?

Does anyone know a place where a guy can learn to paint his own car on the internet. From prep to polish. I dont know the first thing about auto painting so it needs to be like a high school 101 class preferrably with video tutorial,

maybe he wants to learn to do it himself....try your local community college. Cheap and easy way to learn, plus you get credits for it!

I dont know of any online but the guy above me is right you should check out your local community college.I am finishing up my classes right now and I couldnt be happier with the results. There are alot of things to learn that you cant just read off the internet.Just my 2 pennies though.

It's good. Don't recall how basic it is, though.

I agree with the community college idea. My local college offers an auto body class where you get to learn how to paint cars. Its a cheap and easy way of getting your feet wet.

You can learn that off the net. You can learn some good basic princibles though... but getting the feel of the gun, adjusthing the pressure, getting the spray technique right... takes hands on experience.
