Talking Did the Emblems, whatcha think?

I finally got these suckers on the car, with the heat we've been having it's been hard to get the paint to set. This is the first round, since they were so easy and CHEAP to do, i was thinking of possibly having several sets in different colors.

Let me know what you think!

Yup, i made them Jack. All i did was take my regular emblems off and spray paint them in Chrome paint from Krylon ($3 for the can), after several coats i put them back on with some emblem epoxy. Came out pretty good huh! I was thinking of doing the front one too, but my front fascia is cracked thanks to the previous owner, plus i had a nasty front license plate and now have two gross holes flanking the bowtie .
I'm probably going to buy a new front fascia, but don't can't afford it now.

Cool. I could never get that chrome spray to work. It always comes out looking like silver.

Yep, did this same EXACT thing on my black LT1 Z down to the chrome paint. Came out a lot better than the overlays I orginally had. The chrome paint does come out more like silver and you can tell from these pictures the same thing happened here. Pics of mine in the sig btw.

ibanez6rg ~ i actually bought it from a local guy, but it was for a later model, so it was too short ( i don't have a MAF) so i bought some PVC tubing and rubber clamps. All in all a little over $100, and that was because i thought it was going to be a perfect fit.
