Question Diamond Clear Corners

I just purchased a set from Procarparts.com.

I noticed on the photos that they have on the website and on ebay that there is a hole in the lense. Does anyone know what that is for?

Does anyone have any pics of these particular lights installed?

Thanks, in advance!

E

Hey man, if its the hole on the bottom part of the lense its to drain water/condensation out of the lense.

You can check out the link in my sig on page 4 youll find a little info on how to install them. Hope it helps!

Hey Roshambo!

Thanks for the reply!

Man, your car looks pretty sweet! I almost got those wheels, but I decided to go with the RTs instead. I'm glad now, or it would look (almost)like yours. There is still something kinda familiar about it!

Very cool car!!!

Thanks again!

Not a problem man, glad I can help!

I must say I like your car as well. You'll be plenty happy with the clears, Im glad I went ahead and picked them up awhile back.

Keep up the good work on that Z28 man!

that's what I'm running with mine. I've got a few pics on my sig. I had orginally had clear signals and amber parking lights, but they are all clear now...I think it looks pretty good.

I also picked up the diamond clears from proparts. Did anyone else have problems with the bottoms of the fronts. I put one in and there is a gap caused by excess material on the lens. Did anyone else have this problem?

Well I was checking out your pics too then I found my old stock clear bulbs I had removed when I installed my diamond clears and it got the wheels turning.

The first thing that came to mind was to ask you if you have gotten any grief from the local cops about it? My 70 Chevy has stock clears (HA take that ricers! ) and I'm running clear bulbs in that, but its not quite the cop magnet my Z28 is if you know what I mean...

I'll probably install the clear bulbs anyways..

knock on wood...no problems at all and I've passed many law enforcement agencies with it. My friend is running red light in his clear corner and they do give him grief about that, but that's understandable.
