I had a dent in my 1/4 panel and was trying to straighten it out so i could bondo it and get it ready for painting. I slipped with the hammer and hit the complete wrong area once and i have an outwad dent from there which was in an area that was previously fine. Is there anyway i can smooth the dent out without having to paint it?

 

seems you have an "outtie" you could call a paintless dent removal guy and try and get it fixed but is sounds like you are gonna have to hammer it fairly flat, skim it with metal glaze, block it, and get it painted. sorry
