decals/inserts
I have a mystic teal Z. right now the Z28 decals have that red overlay on them, and the camaro insert is silver color. I was thinking of buy those overlay decals and making them all silver. and maybe some silver caliper decals as well. Think it'll look good?
personally i got a mystic teal as well, and i go with chrome, of course chrome is my accent color, aka altezza's chrome window tent, and chrome "CAMARO" windshield decals on the front, but the chrome looks tight, many praises on my car

OK...when you purchase viny decals, chrome is mirrorlike, just like the metal inserts, silver IS NOT chrome, it is silver like on the pin stripes on some cars...if you have any further questions, or i didnt explain good enough just ask:-)
JP got it pretty good.
Chrome vinyl is not really a "vinyl" so to speak. It doesn't share the same properties, longevity, anything that my typical vinyl does. Chrome vinyl is almost like a very thin metal! The chrome vinyl looks like real chrome in that when you look at it, you can see your self
It reflects just like a chrome bumper would. I've done a lot of searching and have finally found a chrome that I'm happy with that cuts good and installs good and will last a decent amount of time.
Silver vinyl is like a silver/gray.
Reflective light silver is nearly white. Almost like a dirty white. In fact, this vinyl is actually sold as "white" but it more a light silver than white so that's what everybody calls it. If I sold it as white, people would be ticked because it isn't white... it is light silver
I have been unable to find a true reflective regular silver from any distributor... I don't know if it is because silver doesn't "work right" with a reflective backing or what but nobody seems to make it.
