Exclamation dash paint HELP

i was wanting to paint my interior to give it that brushed aluminum type of look. do you have to sand down the plastic first or just clean it and spray it on? i got this chrome enamel paint, would that look good?

I would recommend sanding it down with a fine grit sandpaper and then cleaning it with alcohol and then applying the paint in several light coats. At least thats what I did and it worked well. I'm not sure if that paint would work or how it would look, I used a type of spray paint that was made specifically for painting interior trim. It was called something like Matco Interior trim dye. There are pictures in the sig., it is a silver color to match the exterior of the car.
