i got brand new afs z06 rims 2 day wit tires i put them on. 2nite i wuz driving around and i raced a wrx w/e and when we were slowing down i hit somehitng and it cut up one part of the rim and slashed the sidewall of the tire. Now my ? is is the tire still good i mena its got a slash but it still holds air. And it doeslooked that bad. ANd is there anything i can do to the rim?? to clean it up maybe. I AM REALY PISSED not even 6 hrs old

 

tire is gone if its in the sidewall. it cant be fixed and isnt even worth it.

What u should be pissed about is that rim. Was it bad damage to the rim? i hope not.

 

rim is not 2 bad its just a little messed up.

 

that happened to me to bought 4 brand new tires and ran over a freakin razor blade slashed one of the back tires, was i pissed like throwing 180 bucks off the bridge

 

Are the rims chrome? If so, yikes - those are the most expensive to repair. ANY rim can be repaired though. Do you have pics of the damage?
