Current Pics of the Z...yes it's a just washed thread.

Alright, I've finally got some presentable pictures of My Z-28 to share with you guys. These are the way the car looks right now, no old stuff to mislead you with.

These are with the as-of-yet unpainted hood and front end. They're just hit with spray paint for the time being. It doesn't look that bad in these pictures though. I'm going to get the car repainted one of these days, back to the orange stripes. I'll also be reupholstering the seats since they've seen their better days. Oh, and just to meet the requirement of the appearance section...this is what your car would look like with an ASCD 2.5 inch cowl hood, LS-1 style SS spoiler and 17x9.5 inch Z-06 wheels with an Eibach Sportline drop.

Looks great, I'd like to see it with the stripes also! I'd go back with the anniversary-style white wheels, but that's just IMO

In regards to both questions, the ride isn't that great with the sportlines...you definitely feel the bumps. The shocks are original...actually the springs were on the car when I bought it. I don't get credit for that mod. As far as the wheels go, it didn't have the original stuff on there when I bought it. There were some cheap Pacer 5 star chrome wheels that were rusting away...so I put the Z06's on there. Maybe some day I'll put some white ZR1's on it...but chrome is a lot easier to keep looking nice than white paint is and this car gets driven more regularly than the blue one.

Thanks guys. No black C-pillar though...I'm getting it repainted soon and it's going to be exactly as it was with the anniversary stripes...just with the new hood and spoiler.

I like F-Bodies better with the body colored roof, pillars and mirrors anyway.

Luckily my 95 is black, so I'm already there.

Looking at how ur LT1 looks like I regret not getting Z06 Rims and a normal Cowel Induction Hood. I got SS Chrome Rims and The "Big Block" Style Cowel Induction Hood. Haha so yours is a True 30th Anvi Car, I could tell by your While leather seats, I just put mines white leather seats in last Year. You have a Sick *** LT1 Dude Congrats!

Thanks man, I love the Z06 wheels on mine. I've just got a question though...is that one supposed to be the SS clone? If so, you've got to work on your cloning technology. No offense...

Re: Current Pics of the Z...yes it's a just washed thread.

I'm digging the hood and rims, man. Can't say I'm in favor of the stripes, though. It looks so darn clean and uniform without the stripes. Plus, with teh lines of the hood, I'm not sure the stripes would work too well.

If it were me, I wouldn't want anything to take away from the car itself (by adding stripes). IMO they can sometimes act as a distractor from an otherwise good-looking car. Keep it simple!

Thanks for sharing.
