Still got a lot of stuff to do, but this is where its at right now. I just put the wheels on a couple weeks ago.

Plans for the summer
1. Redo the VHT on the tail lights, leaving the reverse lights clear.
2. 98+ SS spoiler
3. New screws for the license plate (mine are RUSTED!!!!)

Any suggestions? I dont want to lower it (roads are horrible here).

I can't tell from the angle of your pics, but you could paint your calipers.

I don't like any of your summer plans (except the license plate screws), but I do like your car!

1. I'd order some new seat covers from leatherseats.com or some other place. For fun, I'd probably go with something that didn't look like factory leather. I think red leather would look great with that purple.
2. I think the clear sidemarker lamp looks kind of weird, so I'd go back to red.
3. Some grayish purple gauge faces would be cooler than the white ones you have. I don't like those white ones much at all, especially with your car color. If you went with red leather, I'd get red gauges.

Ha, yeah it needs a wax BAD!

I really want some black leather TA seats, but am not going to pay the premium price for them, so I'll just keep looking for that good deal. Until then, the seats arent changing.

The side marker lights look horrible in red IMO. It looked horrible as a hard top as well

The orange looked equally bad

I made all the lights clear so they would match. I would REALLY like to see what a clear tail light assembly would look like.

Count me in on the group that doesn't really care for the clear corners and markers. I think you should give them a light coat of VHT. They'll match your tail lights then, and the front corners will also match the black headlight buckets.

You sir are ridiculous! You car looked awesome with red sidemarkers and amber signals. Better as a coupe too!

I prefer amber and red over clear, but I think if you used some VHT on the clear ones to smoke them they could look decent. I really hate the tail lamps being black though. Smoking them is neat, but black is... unless the car is black.

Looking at your car makes me wish I had a lot of money, so I could get a Camaro in this color (in addition to the other Camaros I want) just so I could put red leather in it and see how it would look. I think it'd look extremely good.

This is pretty much spot on what I told him! I even offered him my can of VHT that I have. He likes the clear and I think it looks way better than the orange/red. It does make the car a bit more unique however....I can spot the PPM about a mile away when I see him.

I think the camaros look good with 3 colors max....body color, black accents, and wheel color....keep it simple. I couldn't talk him into making it 'darker' either but like I said it looks good and each to his own.

Cool

Sweet looking ride, I remember stalking the dealerships when the then new 93 Camaros came out. Customize your car to your liking, that's what makes it YOUR car, have fun with it.
