wasnt really sure where exactly to post this question but anyway...this is just a curious question...it doesnt really matter but on my 94 Z28 the speedometer is a v6 setup..the governor only goes to 115 like in the v6s...before i bought it i looked at it and figured it was a v6 with z28 badges on it but sure enough when i popped the hood it was definately an lt1...i was just wondering if those speedometers only came with a few of those cars because i know that most z's have 155 top speed..like i said it doesnt matter..but i was jw

 

Cars that weren't ordered with Z rated tires came with the 115 speedo. Those that were ordered with Z rated tires came with the 155.

 

so were the cars that didnt have z rated tires also the ones that were 2.73's?

 

I know A4 cars got 2.73s, but I'm not sure about the non Z rated 6 speed cars.
