Corvette Seats In a 4th gen f-body

Does anyone know if it's possible to put vette seats in a 4th gen f-body. I'm talking mainly about C5 vettes.

I've often thought about that too. I think they would look great. I bet it would'nt be too hard to put them in.

Well, I don't know anyone with a C5 vette, so this weekend I'll head out to a scrap yeard to get the measurements. I would'nt be surprised if there wasn't much differences in the sizes. The only thing that worried me was that the seats in the vette look wider than the ones in the F-body.

My mom had a 97 C5 and the seats looked and felt about the same. You guys know GM uses the same parts for most of their vehicles. I bet they bolt right in.

I heard C5 seats are not a direct bolt iin, but can be made to fit with some work. I don't have the details, but this topic came up a while ago

btw, the vert is bad A$$ with those seats

I read on one of the forums, probably be this one, that C4 Vette (awesome seats!!!) will bolt into ....either 3rd gens or LT1's..maybe both.I'm sure someone else here can confirm somthing :0

If a seat fits an '82 Camaro, it will also fit a 2002 Camaro. All 3rd and 4th Gen F-body seats are interchangeable. Those '88 to '93 (?) Corvette sport seats are great looking seats!
