convertible top adjustments

anyone know how to adjust the vert top?

What is your top doing that you need to adjust it? Is it closing OK? How about the latches? There's not much to adjust.

the bar on the sides that goes over the side windows needs to go up a half inch in the back so the window will meet the weatherstip correctly.

need help here. im tired of my car getting full of water. the side bars dont go into position all the way so the windows dont hit the weatherstip right.
