Contrasting Rear Panel

I have been thinking about getting a pewter rear panel with black inserts to replace my black back panel with pewter inserts. This is the way it looks at present:

Also, so you think GM pewter would be too lite for the color I have on the car now? Thanks.

Well - your links aren't working - but I checked out some pics by following the link in your sig.

I don't think that would look to good. I know that you are probably going for the Berger style panel - but with black - there's just not much you can do. The problem is - black is gonna draw such a contrast with any color (even a gray) that it's gonna look like the panel is just waiting to be painted.

I think you are better off leaving it like it is now. Otherwise - it will probably look unfinished. :blah:
