hi, has anyone here with a '93-'97 firebird with dark grey/graphite interior ever upgraded to the '00-'02 center console that was ebony/black in color? just curious if there would be much difference. anything you can notice without knowing what to look for??? just wondering if the shade of black is that much darker than the graphite color consoles from '97-'99. thanks for any help.

 

i installed a graphite Trans Am interior in my Z. I also installed a Graphite color 97-99 console in it. I painted the center insert in it a nice flat black, and it definitely stands out. I don't know if an ebony console would look good in a Graphite car. I have some pics on the 4th page of my sig.

 

I put an entire 2002 Ebony interior in my Trans Am . 00-02 interior plastic is much darker than 93-96 graphite . In certain light in "maaay" blend , but outside on a sunny day , it will be noticeable darker .
