Which company makes the best ram air hood?

Who makes the best 96-97 WS6 style ram air hood for the 93-97 birds? SLP, ASCD, Suncoast, or Harwood?

SLP makes the best ram-air hood. I have one on my car (1997 Trans AM) and when the body man put it on, he said it fit perfectly. Also, quality is top-notch. Unfortunately, I do not have pictures at this time because I am still trying to get my profile set up.

Here to defend ASCD, my SS hood was in excellent condition. Rex was a great guy to work with and I would order another product from him without any worries, although I have heard he sold most his molds....so ASCD hoods might be out of production.

ASCD hood fit horribly... it was dented on the cowl...

Those bastards expected me to front the shipping back to them, and then back to me again because their hood sucked. DON'T BUY FROM THEM!

I was just sharing my positive experience. I heard nothing but good things about them before I ordered and they proved it to me. I have also noticed that all hood manufacturers(mostly aftermarket) have some bad and some good products. Seems like one big crap shoot as to what you get. But bad customer service is inexcuseable.

I say go with SLP, at least you know the hood will fit right if you buy from them.
