Color for Rims: Opinions needed!

Specifically, i have a red 97z and the silver rims are just killing me. I'm also getting a dark black tint on the windows so what do you guys think...Dust black rims or gloss?

Ps, im doing this myself if it matters, albeit the right way (Sanding, priming, painting, and cc'ing)

Pss, if someone has pics of their change i'd love to see

My opinion would be gloss black.

gunmetal Grey, you know like a real dark charcoal grey or maybe a pewter/goldish tone would look real good, I have never like Black Wheels much, since you want a darker color which I think is good go for a dark metalic that will be distinct from the color of the tires. Or you could go straight for a metalic gold color, Personally I always have liked gold rims, especially on red or green cars.

Cause i want them to match the tint and the rear view mirrors. I've always liked black on red

You could do this, but I personally believe this "look" works better on darker metallic paint colors than on bright red cars.

Probably a reason why too....

Black rims are nice, but almost getting too common anymore. Charcoal wheels to me always look like they are covered in brake dust...

Do what you think looks good. I'm a fan of the red/black scheme with a little chrome thrown in to break it up.

My vote is the gunmetal gray or anthricite. I hate black rims on cars. I have the Anthricite TTM's on my car and I love the way they look. I think with red this is the only way to go. Here's some pics of them on my car:
