I want to replace my analog cluster with a digital one from a 97. Does anybody know if the mileage is stored in the computer or not? I really don't want to do the swap then try to find out it will have the wrong mileage. Thanks

 

I believe the mileage on the display is stored in some sort of module in the cluster. Don't hold me to that, but that's what I have seen from other's experiences.

How you would go about tweaking that to match (I am picky about that stuff, too!), I could not tell you anyone off the top of my head to inquire for assistance from.
