clear turn signal questions..

98-02's will work on 93-97 right?
also, willi need to change the bulb too, or will the bulb not be oarange?
any help is appreciated

When I got mine, they came with the proper bulbs. Don't quite like how they look though. Looking at going with the starfires that have the silver look, but amber light.
