can i just re clear coat or do i have to have it repainted

 

You can wetsand the clear down with 600 and reclear the whole car but If I were you I would pain the whole thing.

 

its only off the door right under the weather striping for about 1/4 inch and all over the spoiler and on the quarter panel the size of a dime.

i am getting an ss spoiler

 

If the clear is starting to peel away in that many places, it's only a matter of time before the rest of the car starts to do it. I'd say that you're either better off not worrying about it at all or getting the whole car painted.
