Looks good, I like how the true duals are set up what size pipe did you use?

BTW on that side shot you might wanna use tire shine before you take that

 

haha, yeah i was gonna shine em up with my black magic gel, but its runnin low and i cant find it anywhere. so with teh car goin in the shop for the week i decided not to. the pipe on the duals is 2.5" mandrel bent with a 2" slip fit comin out of the manifolds (that part is temporary until i could get some lt's) had a fun time tryin to weld it up before we decided to go with the slip fit, took about 3 days of trying to get it to stop leaking by spot welding over the same spot. now if i could just figure out how to get a sound clip of it it sounds good idling and wide open, otherwise its a pest with the pulse of the stock manifolds =/ people on my daily driven roads hate it, eveyrone else that hears it loves it lol.

I like it except for the hood

 

the hood looks different in person slightly, but sometimes i wish it were JUST a cowl version, the r/a looks like they just left a chunk out of teh cowl hood =/

 

to be honest i really didnt love the hood when i got it, i was wanting an ultra-z hood but the place i ordered from turned this up when it came in instead... i like teh wide cowl side of it though. im also amazed that ive got no bad comments on the black wheels ive seen so many cars get bad reviews for that lol, btw anyone know where i can find an ultra-z hood cheap? :-p the one thing i do like about it though is if i ever do go with a mild blower or something i have some clearance up high, thats the only thing the ultra-z doesnt have... but if i ever go full race ill put me a standard straight back 2-3" cowl on it thats functional like say the vfn for example.. ohh anyone knwo where i can get a good price on teh VFN cowl or the ultra-Z hood?

 

Only VFN I got mine direct from vfn through a group purchase on ls1tech.com which came out to about 500 shipped, not bad in my book.

I'm suprised people don't like those wheels? I have the same ones in 18" and get compliments all the time?

 

yeah i do too, just seen one or two around here get bad marks for em :-p. anyway, thank you all for the compliments

 

Not bad just personally dont like those studded z06 wheels on any car

Like the rims and color of the car. Not sold on the hood though, would have looked better if it was a warbird hood. All that matters though is if YOU like your car. if so......

 

thanks, theres a few places that sell those wheels, tires direct is a good one, i just had a family friend at a local dealer order mine. took him a lot of searchin to find one of his carriers that had a set lol.
