Check out my VHT job on my tailights...

Had these done by my body shop. One coat of VHT with 2 coats of clear. Most people tend to go really dark on their tailights, I just wanted a light tinting done to set them off. Whaddya think?

I'll try to take some more shots this evening and post them up later.

Good choice on not going too dark. No point in going so dark it becomes an issue with other drivers or the police.

They look pretty great to me! But the real test of them is whether or not you can see them glowing when your headlights are turned on. You should post some pics of that.

I didn't get a chance to take pics last night. I promise to take some tonight though and post them up. They light up just fine, as do dark outs or ones that have a dark coating of VHT on them.

I'll post the pics up tomarrow.

Those look good man. For only being one coat of VHT, that stuff sure looks pretty dark. Its probably just the picture but those look real good IMO.
Glad you decided on finally doing it!

The lenses look great, but what's up with the black speckles all over the bumper below each one?

lol, thats exhaust dust collecting on some water spots on the bumper. I just took some quick pics without washing it.

Well, I got the night shots like I said I would, but my computer is down (currently using a library computer), so it will be probably another week before I can post the pics at night.

It is just one coat, although to get it consistant, the one coat was a fairly thick one. More pics are coming, just be patient with me.

Sorry about the wait. My computer just now got back up and running. Here are the night shots. I'll try to get some with the brake lights on later.
