if you look in brents appeance modification guide, you'll see that it's already been done before... and didn't look TOO bad... some people just want to be different...

The exhaust is way cooler than the blower, and yeah it kind of does look like he randomly put them on different cars haha

I'm ashamed to say I have seem those on an F-body before.
Some Mexican guy had them directly behind the front driver'sside tire. I wanted to snap a pic but didn't have my camera with me.

 

They should make them like pimp my ride and blow bubbles! wouldn't that be wonderful!
