kinda expensive though. i was gonna get the entire kit for my lightning until i saw the price...

I like it too. I wish they offered a plain satin or maybe even gloss black one. I don't really want to pay cf prices, and I actually prefer plain black.

if you want a plain black on just get:

i know this is old but you 4thgen guys don't appreciate the great things you have available to you. to reproduce that in real CF would cost that much easily. that's not bad at all if it's real. if it's overlay or imitation with vinyl then no.

I've never understood the carbon fiber fascination. In my opinion, it's not really that great looking. If you're trying to cut weight (albeit at a high cost) then I see its reason, but for looks alone, it does nothing for me.

I agree I don't find it particularly good looking. Its ok I guess but the reason people like "how it looks" is not actually so much how it looks. Its more that it makes the car as a whole look faster or more powerful.

Isn't that kinda seem a bit ricer?

I like how the stainless looks. That's nice and shiny.
